Shandong Huanqiu Lubricant Oil Co., Ltd. grew out of the grease works of SINOPEC Jinan Refinery. Today it researches, blends and sells lubricants and greases from inside the same refining complex — No. 26 South Gongye Road, Jinan.
From the SINOPEC grease works to a full-line blender.
The company’s predecessor was the grease works of the SINOPEC Jinan Refinery. Reorganised as Shandong Huanqiu Lubricant Oil Co., Ltd., it has spent nearly four decades focused on one thing — blending lubricants and greases that hold their specification, batch after batch.
Huanqiu is today an integrated manufacturer covering R&D, production and sales, with production facilities, process equipment and laboratory instrumentation kept complete and current.

Tank farms hold 15,000 tonnes of base oil and blended product — the buffer that keeps supply steady through peak seasons. Combined output of 100,000 tonnes of lubricants and 15,000 tonnes of grease a year puts the plant’s scale and hardware among the industry’s front ranks.

Technical R&D, production and marketing teams work in-house. Every base-oil batch is analysed before it enters a tank, and every finished lot is verified against the full specification panel before release.
The company has passed multiple authoritative management-system certifications and holds 8 software copyrights and more than 30 utility-model patents. Finished products are certified to ISO 9001 · 14001 · 45001, with performance indicators exceeding current national standards.
